Rules for the Challenge:
■ The Challenge will run From Dec 2008 - June 1,2009
■ New elements to the Challenge and monthly activities will be introduced at the beginning of each month
■ Scoring -
1 point for each activity (Journaling,Meditating,Identifying wildlife,Eating healthy,Lifting weights)
you may find activities span multiple categories, that is cool
■ Monthly Reflection- at the end of the month write a summary of the month and 'where you are now', how the goals are progressing.
